COME AND JOIN US - FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
Come and Join Fellow Ascension Parishioners and the Parishioners of St. Mary's Parish in Dumont on the Newark Diocesan Pilgrimage to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington D.C., a one-day bus trip on Saturday, September 16, 2023.
A new law recently went into effect in New Jersey that requires all houses of worship with a seating capacity over 500 to have an Emergency Operations Plan. The Archdiocese is requiring ALL parishes to comply with this new law.
In order for us to create this plan for our parish I need the help of a few people with specific abilities. If you are willing to help us create this plan, please fill out the form here.
The 2024 Mass Intention Form is now available.
The outbreak of the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020 required a temporary reduction of liturgical practices in the celebration of the Eucharist and administration of the sacraments. With almost all aspects of life returning to normalcy, it seems opportune for the Archdiocese of Newark to foster a renewed fullness in liturgical celebrations.
